Plot

Robin, Will, Allan and Much are captured in Sherwood forest by Little John and his gang. After several attacks on both parties, and recieving information from a no-name outlaw, Little John goes to turn in Robin for the 20 pounds that the Sheriff is offering. When the Sheriff is not given information on Robin in the hour past, he gestures for one of his guards to pick a person in Locksley to have their tounge cut out. He chooses Alice Little (Little John's wife who believes John to be dead) and upon seeing this, John lets Robin free to save her.

The Sheriff appoints Sir Guy of Gisborn as lord of Locksley and drags Robin into Nottingham. While Guy is untying Robin, Marian walks out of a shop to see that he has been captured. Shock is etched across her face and while she walks by him she mumbles "Fool."

Much leaves Little John and his men and goes to Knighton Hall to try and convince Sir Edward and Marian to help Robin. Sir Edward replies that he had chosen his own course and he must deal with the consequesnces.

After learning from Sir Guy that Robin will not be parmitted a trial, Marian concocts a plan that will free Robin. During this scene Robin and Marian share a tender moment which is interupted by Much running in to save Robin.

Robin tricks the Sheriff into thinking that he killed one of his guards which frightens him badley enough that he speaks at the tower to "apologise" to the people he was horrible to.

When Robin and the gang escape, Robin throws a kiss and a wink in Marians direction, to which Marian seems suprised about.
