Mary is the mother of Royston White, former member of Little John's band of outlaws and later one of Robin Hood's men. Her most notable appearance is in the episode "Parent Hood", when she is captured by Sheriff Vaisey and held as a hostage to force Roy to kill Robin. Ultimately she is rescued by Robin's gang, but not in time to avoid seeing her son murdered by the Nottingham Castle guards.
